Welcome to THE KHATOON SHOP. These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit or purchase from https://thekhatoonshop.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products and Information
We aim to present product names, descriptions, images, prices, sizes, availability, benefits, ingredients and directions accurately. Packaging, colour and appearance may vary slightly from photographs because of manufacturing updates, lighting or screen settings.
Always read the product label before use. Cosmetic products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. Stop using a product if irritation occurs and seek professional advice when appropriate.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Our currently available payment method is Cash on Delivery. The complete order total, including any delivery charge, is displayed during checkout before you place the order.
We may correct accidental pricing, description or stock errors. If an error affects an order, we will contact the customer before dispatch or cancel the affected order.
3. Orders
Submitting an order confirms that the information supplied during checkout is accurate and that the customer is authorised to place the order.
An order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt of the order. We may contact the customer to verify the order, delivery address or telephone number before dispatch.
We may cancel an order before dispatch if:
- The product is unavailable.
- The supplied information cannot be verified.
- There is an obvious pricing or technical error.
- We reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or an unsafe transaction.
4. Shipping Within Pakistan
We currently deliver within Pakistan.
- Standard Delivery: Rs 250.
- Free Delivery: Available on eligible orders of Rs 5,000 or more after applicable discounts.
- Estimated delivery: Usually 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather, remote locations or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers must provide a complete address and an active telephone number. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
5. Cash on Delivery
Customers should keep the exact payable amount ready when the order arrives.
Repeated refusal of confirmed orders, unreachable contact details or failed deliveries may result in Cash on Delivery being restricted for future orders.
6. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched by contacting info@thekhatoonshop.com.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled under the returns policy below.
7. Returns and Exchanges
A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unopened and unused.
- In its original sealed packaging.
- In resalable condition.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Opened, used, tested or unsealed cosmetics and personal-care products cannot normally be returned because of hygiene and safety requirements, except where the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. THE KHATOON SHOP will cover reasonable return arrangements when we supplied a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
Do not return a product without first receiving return instructions from us.
8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Inspect the parcel as soon as it arrives. Report a damaged, defective, missing or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@thekhatoonshop.com.
Include:
- Your order number.
- A clear explanation of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label.
Keep the product and packaging until the matter is resolved. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may require additional verification.
9. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
The refund will be provided through an available method agreed with the customer. Original delivery charges are normally non-refundable unless the order was damaged, defective or incorrect, or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
Processing time may vary depending on the agreed refund method.
10. Customer Accounts and Information
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the accuracy of information submitted through the website.
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with store operation or use store content unlawfully.
11. Intellectual Property
The website design, branding, written content, graphics and other original material belonging to THE KHATOON SHOP may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Product names, logos and trademarks belonging to manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, THE KHATOON SHOP is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from website interruption, courier delays, misuse of a product, failure to follow product instructions or inaccurate information supplied by a customer.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Information may be used to process orders, arrange delivery, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions when store operations, services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
