THE KHATOON SHOP currently delivers orders within Pakistan.

  1. Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery: Rs 250 per order.

Free Delivery: Available when the eligible order value is Rs 5,000 or more. The delivery method and final charge shown during checkout will apply to your order.

  1. Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, weather, courier operations, remote locations or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

  1. Order Processing

We review the order details before dispatch. Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active telephone number so the courier can contact them if necessary.

If any important order information is missing or unclear, dispatch may be delayed while we attempt to contact the customer.

  1. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is currently available. Please keep the exact order amount ready when your parcel arrives.

The complete amount payable, including any delivery charge, is displayed during checkout and in the order confirmation.

  1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to serviceable locations within Pakistan. Delivery to some remote or restricted areas may take longer or may not be available through our courier partners.

If we cannot deliver to the address provided, we will contact the customer using the information supplied with the order.

  1. Order Changes and Cancellations

To request an address correction, order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@thekhatoonshop.com.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled and may need to be handled under our returns policy.

  1. Delivery Inspection

Please check the parcel and products after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the parcel and product.

Do not use or dispose of the affected item before contacting us.

  1. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate delivery information. THE KHATOON SHOP is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible address supplied during checkout.
