7-Day Easy Return & Exchange Policy
An eligible return or exchange request must be submitted within 7 calendar days after the order is delivered.
Eligibility
The item must be unused, unopened, unaltered and returned with its original packaging, seals, accessories and proof of purchase.
Beauty and hygiene products
Opened, tested or used cosmetics, skincare, haircare, fragrances and other hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned for a change of mind.
Damaged, defective or incorrect item
Contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos or video of the parcel and item. Keep all packaging until the case is reviewed.
Exchange availability
An approved exchange is subject to stock availability. When the requested replacement is unavailable, another suitable resolution will be offered.
Return approval and costs
Do not send a parcel before receiving return instructions. Return-delivery costs may apply unless the item supplied was damaged, defective or incorrect.
Refund inspection
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Original delivery charges are normally non-refundable unless the store made an error.
